# Getting AI into production is the hard part. That is the part I do.

I take AI systems from nothing to production inside someone else's environment: unfamiliar domains, undocumented legacy code, real compliance constraints, and non-technical people who are the actual domain experts. [MIT Project NANDA's July 2025 report on the state of AI in business](https://piotrgospodarczyk.com/static/documents/mit-nanda-genai-divide-2025.pdf?v=1792674114) reviewed 300+ publicly disclosed initiatives, 52 organisational interviews, and 153 executive surveys, and found that 95 percent of GenAI pilots delivered no measurable P&L impact. That report is preliminary and not peer-reviewed, so read the numbers as directional. The gap it points at is not. I have closed it in retail computer vision, public procurement and facilities compliance, and most recently in EU-funded education. I build agent-first on a harness I engineered myself, and six years as a founding CTO sits underneath it, so I can hold both the commercial and the technical conversation in depth.
